He just doesn't know.
Has no Idea.
He has no idea why it's so salty.
But whatever he says to himself.
Then again, is it still good?
It's just not right.

Its not like he has been purposely adding salt to it.
It's just salter then usual.
Been like this for a while.
Every so often he feels like trashing the dish.
Its not working for his customers.
Only causes them to dislike the cook more and more.
What is he doing wrong?
